ABOUT US

In 2003, The Fox Point Foundation funded the first Fox Point Farmers’ Market (FPFM). The market has been run by two volunteer managers, Jim and Mary LaCharite, along with a team of volunteers for the last 20 years.  Mary and Jim have recently retired, and now a volunteer advisory board reviews and guides the market operation as a collective team.

The market is a 501(c)3.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Fox Point Farmers’ Market (FPFM) is to provide access to fresh, healthy food, support Wisconsin’s small family farms and food producers, and build a vibrant gathering place for the community.

Vendors offer high quality fruit and vegetables, meat, poultry, eggs, fish and cheese. Additional products include baked goods, jam, honey, syrup, sauces, soup and other prepared foods.

The market operates from June 15th through October 12th in the parking lot of the North Shore Congregational Church (7330 N Santa Monica Blvd) in Fox Point from 8 a.m. to noon.

VOLUNTEER

We are always looking for volunteers to help our market days run smoothly for our vendors and the community. If you are interested in volunteering at any point throughout the season, please reach out to fpfm.board@gmail.com or on any of our socials! We would be happy to discuss the various volunteer positions we have available. One important item to note, is that there is no requirement for how many times throughout the season you volunteer. It could be once or it could be every week, we just appreciate any and all time that individuals give to help our market thrive!
